Yes, WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution are included within the purchase for free. We have purchased extended licenses for the two plugins to be able to distribute them through the theme. You can legally use the two plugins and you can update them after each theme update, through the theme functionality, from <strong>Appearance - Install Slide Plugins</strong>. However, bundled plugins don’t include individual license keys and each plugin may have features that are not available to customers that do not have an individual license key.
